Isaiah 40:30-31
30 Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; 31 but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
This is a generation of change, as we were once children and looked to our parents for everything we wanted, we received them. And sometimes not. It was easy for us to ask, and easy for us at times to receive because we always have somebody to provide for us. As we are growing receiving tend to be vanishing from our sight and hands. We no longer go to our parents to ask for materialistic things, we tend to work for those things. This is the time that we realize that we are no longer children.
30 I giovani si affaticano e si stancano;
i più forti vacillano e cadono;
31 ma quelli che sperano nel SIGNORE acquistano nuove forze,
si alzano a volo come aquile,
corrono e non si stancano,
camminano e non si affaticano.
Questa è una generazione in cambiamento, come quando eravamo bambini e cercavamo i nostri genitori per qualsiasi cosa volessimo. A volte li ricevevamo e a volte no. Era facile chiedere, e a volte facile ricevere perché avevamo sempre qualcuno a provvedere per noi. Crescendo, il ricevere tende a svanire dalla nostra vista. Non cerchiamo più i nostri genitori per avere cose materiali, preferiamo lavorare per ottenerle. È questo il momento in cui capiamo che non siamo più bambini.
Ephesians 5:31
“Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.”
As generation shift, we tend to be less patient for things. We are a generation that at time we want to take short cuts to get things done. Why is that? Is patience in the Lord vanishing in today society? Do we hold the Lord as the almighty? If yes, then why do we grow worry of things in life?
As children of the Lord we must find that inner spirit again to guide our lives, behaviors, attitudes. Patience will be an important tool in order for us to succeed and think through our action. With this, we will "soar on wings like eagles, will run and not grow weary, and walk and not fain" (Isaiah 40:30-31)

31 Per questo l'uomo lascerà suo padre e sua madre e si unirà alla sua donna e i due formeranno una carne sola.
Con il passare delle generazioni, tendiamo ad essere meno pazienti. Siamo una generazione che a volte vuole prendere la scorciatoia per ottenere le cose. Perché? La pazienza del Signore sta svanendo nella società di oggi? Consideriamo il Signore come onnipotente? Se sì, allora perché siamo sempre più preoccupati delle cose della vita?
Come figli di Dio dobbiamo ritrovare quello spirito interiore che guida le nostre vite, i nostri atteggiamenti e attitudini. La pazienza sarà un'importante strumento per permetterci di avere successo e pensare alle nostre azioni. Con questa, ci alzeremo al volo come aquile, correremo senza stancarci, cammineremo e non ci affaticheremo. (Isaia 40: 30-31)
